Three wedding planning service choices have been meticulously created to provide you with a tailored and stress-free event planning experience with one of our highly qualified principle planners. Cherry Blossom Full Service Planning & Design The Cherry Blossom service is for the busy couple who wants professional advice from start to finish. We will secure all of your vendors and make sure that every detail is taken care of as your all-inclusive planner. We work closely with you from the beginning to ensure that your wedding is everything you had hoped for. Orange Blossom Partial Planning & Design Guidance The Orange Blossom Service is ideal for couples that require expert assistance with wedding planning but want to be more involved in the finer points of vendor contact and contracts. We'll assist with crucial elements including overall design direction, personalized vendor recommendations, financial guidance, and any queries you might have along the road. Pear Blossom Wedding Management (starting three months prior to wedding) The Pear Blossom Service is for the couple who prefers to organize all of the specifics for their wedding day themselves, but would like some help with the finer aspects in the last three months. We will attend the venue's taste and final meeting to ensure that your vision is realized on your wedding day. This service will let you relax and enjoy this wonderful time with your family and friends by alleviating any last-minute worry.

What event planning services do you offer?
Melissa and her team of talented planners offer month-of coordination, partial planning and design guidance, and full service planning and design. They can also customize any package to fit your individual needs and desires, and you can add on design services to any of their smaller packages.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
All of our packages include three planners on the day of your wedding! One is a bridal assistant to be your personal assistant for the day. Second is a set-up assistant to help with setting up decor and personal items. Your lead planner will also be onsite from beginning to end!
What venues have you worked at before?
We are honored to be on the preferred vendor list at some top venues in Southern California, including Estancia La Jolla, Rancho Bernardo Inn, L'Auberge, Loews Coronado, La Valencia, Rancho Valencia, Park Hyatt Aviara, Maderas, La Jolla Country Club...just to name a few!

Sweet Blossom Weddings was founded in October 2010. We are a full-service wedding planning boutique that serves couples from Orange County to San Diego. We've worked with hundreds of couples and are proud to be published in Style Me Pretty, Cake & Lace Blog, San Diego Style Weddings and more...!
What is the difference between a venue coordinator and a wedding planner?
Venue coordinators know what works best for their space, staff, and their restrictions. A wedding planner will prepare your wedding day timeline, be a liaison between you and your vendors, cue you down the aisle (and more!) to ensure every aspect is running smoothly and to schedule.
