Our passion is to make baked items that are at LEAST as good as, if not better than, ordinary products. That's also a good thing, because turning people's love of fresh baked goods into gluten-free masterpieces requires years of creativity, experimentation, and perseverance. While gluten-free baking has gone a long way, there are still many uncharted territories to explore. Have an idea for a gluten-free baked product but can't seem to locate one that works? Let's chat about it! Every cake starts with a discussion. We'd like to know what will make your cake the best it can be. Please contact us via phone or email so that we may discuss your needs, alternatives, specific dietary requirements, and anything else. Please keep in mind that we can only make a limited quantity of personalized cakes per week and that we need at least a week to prepare them. It's preferable if we have more time to make your cake! For the time being, most orders require advance notification. However, many of the things on the website are available every day at the bakery, so feel free to stop by and pick up your sandwich, pastry, or donuts in person. “At this point I basically live off of Sweet Crimes. Weekly orders of roast beef sandwiches, donuts and cookies keep me alive. They put arugula in their rb sandwiches so I even get my daily vegetable from them.
