Sweet Tiers has been in business for 37 years with great success, and has been at the same location for the last 20 years. Along with our keen sense of design, we take great pleasure in and are specialists in our flavors. For our buttercream and several of our award-winning varieties, such as the Marble Cake with Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur and a fudge filling, we are well-known in the industry. Our Buttercream is light and not excessively sweet, making it a great choice for any occasion. When Lee Brian Schrager, the founder of the South Beach Food and Wine Festival, approached us about participating in the design of their 10th Anniversary Cake, it was one of our proudest moments. What an honor, and what a sugar high that lasted for months thereafter. The Ace of Cakes team was honored to be among the top New York Cake Designers, including Ron Ben-Israel, Collette Peters, Margaret Braun, and Duff from Ace of Cakes, among others.
