- Do you offer catering options to accommodate special dietary needs?
- Yes, we accommodate guests with special dietary needs. Your account executive will be able to answer any questions and work with our chefs to ensure your guests needs are being met.
- Do you offer tastings, and when would my tasting take place?
- We ask that before scheduling a tasting, you have a venue booked and have received a full proposal from us! Tastings typically last about an hour, we charge $150.00 per couple, however, if you book us for your event within 7 days from your tasting date we will subtract the cost from you.
- What are my options for food display and service?
- This year we are offering a few new ways to present your entree order to ensure all of your guests are kept safe and are following any social distancing guidelines. In addition to the classic plated and buffet service we are also offering our beautiful meal boxes.
