Our taiyaki waffles are freshly baked on-site, and our soft serve ice cream is manufactured in small amounts to maintain the true purity of what a real soft serve should taste like. We endeavor to keep our clients happy and satisfied while minimizing our environmental impact. Fried fish is the most literal translation of taiyaki! In Japan, tai (sea bream) is commonly regarded as the king of fish, and yaki can refer to fried, baked, or grilled food. In our situation, we make our taiyaki by baking them! We'll bring Taiyaki NYC® to your next birthday party, corporate event, wedding, or other special occasion. Pre-made packages as well as totally customizable packages are available.
