- What makes your planning style unique?
- Client communication and exemplary service is greatly important from our planning stages to day-of management. Keeping calm, providing experienced industry expertise and being readily available to guide our clients through the planning process are some of our greatest strengths.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- With the planning packages, you will have a planner that works as a liaison between yourself and the vendors. We know our clients are busy with work and everyday life, so we are there to filter through information and only present what is relevant for your consideration and final decision making.
- What event planning services do you offer?
- We offer an array of services from full service planning and design to wedding day management. Services include venue search, vendor selections, budget management, design production, wedding day management and more. Personalized packages are curated for each couple based on individual needs.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- The number of team members working your event on-site will be determined by your guest count. There are never less than two associates (one planner and one coordinator) and we add on coordinators accordingly over 150 guests. Being fully staffed is very important for any successful event.
- What venues have you worked at before?
- We have worked at many beautiful venues in our years of event production such at the Montage Laguna Beach, Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel, Calamigos Ranch, W Punta Mita, Ebell Long Beach, Rancho Las Lomas plus so many more!
