We hold the belief that a healthy diet feeds both the body and the soul. Due to the critical nature of our supply lines, we often visit the farms or other facilities where our food is grown. We have visited the farms in Costa Rica that are responsible for the production of our coffee. The majority of our food comes from California, where it is grown. Where we get our sea salt, lobster, and mustard is in the state of Maine. There are a few regions in the center and southern areas of Georgia from where we source our quail, pecans, and tomatoes. North Georgia is the region from which we obtain our apples and peaches. Talk of the Town will tailor the flavor and atmosphere of their cuisine to meet the specific requirements of your special occasion. We choose only the highest-quality components by hand. fruits, vegetables, and meat that are grown locally and organically. charcuterie, cheese, and bread made in the traditional manner.
