When people come together for an event, the purpose is not really about the event itself. The purpose is to foster connection, enjoy life's pleasures, and celebrate something or someone special. In other words, your event is anything but "just a party." With that in mind, you need a seasoned planner who expertly handles every detail and treats every gathering with intention. After 17 years of managing events ranging in size from 25 - 10,000 people, I know that every gathering has a genuine, underlying meaning and purpose. For some, it's the start of a marriage. For others, it's the means to serve a community. And still for others, it's about showing gratitude and inspiring excellent work. Your event is no exception. What event planning services do you offer?
We offer event management and full serving planning for weddings, social events (birthday parties, bar/bat mitzvahs, baby showers, bridal showers) nonprofit events (galas, fundraisers, walks) and corporate events (holiday parties, conferences, meetings).
Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
We do not offer day of coordination, but offer wedding management services instead. We truly believe that day of coordination is a myth and our clients deserve better!
What venues have you worked at before?
We have worked in venues all over Colorado, as well as a few in California and Oregon. View our Galleries of real events to see some of our favorite venues to work in. If you don't see your venue listed, please know that we love working in All venues, including ones we haven't worked in.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
The number of TeNeil Hartley Events staff members at your event will depend on the size and scope of your event. Most events will have two staff members, including owner TeNeil, who attends all events, and an assistant coordinator.

Owner/Lead Planner

Prior to founding TeNeil Hartley Events, I managed private events, weddings, and food & beverage operations Red Rocks Park & Amphitheater and Coors Field. When I wasn't overseeing a private concert for 10,000 or delegating some musician's last-minute green room demands, I planned non-profit events so I could give back to the community. Those experiences taught me that regardless of a gathering's size or outcome, extraordinary memories unfold every time people come together.
