- How will I receive my delivery?
- 1. Box Truck Delivery: Our crew brings the rentals to you, handles the heavy lifting, and ensures everything arrives on time. 2. Personal Will Call: Pick up smaller orders directly from our warehouse. 3. Long Distance Shipping: Linens, Napkins and Runners can be shipped directly to you.
- How do I reserve rentals?
- Your order is confirmed with a signed agreement and a 50% deposit. Until then, items are only listed as a proposal and aren’t officially held.
- When should I reserve rentals?
- The earlier, the better. Smaller orders should be placed about 2–4 months out; larger or customized events should be booked 6–12 months in advance. Availability is only guaranteed once your deposit is in place.
- Can I request swatches?
- Absolutely. Linen and napkin swatches can be mailed to you or viewed in person. Just browse our options online and submit a request via wishlist.
- Do you offer packages or bundles?
- Not at this time. Every order is tailored to your event, so you get exactly what you need without filler pieces.
