Founded in 2015

We are a full and partial service wedding planning company in the Philadelphia suburbs. We specialize in building quality connections/relationships with our couples and our wonderful network of vendors, creating personalized events with customized design ideas mixed with classic, elegant and timeless style and genuine love and quality care for our couples. We help manage all the little details so that you can truly be present in all the special moments of your big day. From finding wedding pros who are perfect for your style, personalities and budget to helping you create a wedding design that shares your unique personalities and love story to helping you navigate all the ins and outs of planning, we do it all and we want to help you bring your wedding day to life!

How many years have you been in business?
The Calla Lily Event Planning was opened in February of 2015 so we have been in business for just under 9 years.
What event planning services do you offer?
We offer customized planning options for Full and Partial Planning including: Event Design & Styling Services, hands on Vendor and Venue Recommendations, hands on Time Management and Task Assistance, Event Management, Guidance & Advice, Rehearsal Coordination, Day of Coordination and more.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Absolutely! We are always working directly with our couples and their vendors to make sure all needed meetings are scheduled, everything gets checked off the to-do list, all needs are met, all details are communciated and all meetings are scheduled and attended.
How would past clients describe working with you?
It's all about creating a genuine connection with my couples. You and your wedding are very important to me! My couples often say that when they work with me, they feel that they are truly cared for, are treated with kindness, feel comfortable and at ease with me and are well communicated with.
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
All of the planning for your wedding goes directly through our Wedding Planner, Naticia. On wedding day, Naticia will be onsite along with 1 additional lead assistant and 1-2 additional secondary assistants, depending on your venue and your wedding day needs.
