Esther Underhay and The Elegant Harp provide a wide range of musical possibilities for your special event, which include Solo Harp, Duo Harp with daughter AnnaLisa, Solo Piano, String Trio, Chamber Ensemble, Jazz Band. Esther began study on the piano at the age of 7, graduated university with a double major in piano and harp. She has performed for Presidents Bill Clinton, George Bush, Sr., and Donald Trump. She performed for a reception in honor of Economic World Leaders' spouses, including Hillary Clinton, at G-7 Summit, and for a State Dinner in honor of Prince Edward. She has performed for many international and national dignitaries and celebrities, such as Pierce Brosnan. She has performed on national CBC television and radio in Canada, on NPR in the US, and with numerous orchestras in Canada and the US, and performed with Manhattan Transfer. Esther has traveled the world performing on Celebrity cruises. AnnaLisa Underhay has performed in Japan, and traveled the world performing on Celebrity Cruises. She specializes in Indian Weddings, drawing upon her experience as in-residence harpist at the Taj Mahal Hotel in New Delhi, India. She mesmerizes her audience with her Stage Shows: Classic Rock, Latin, Indian, and a mixed Show. Esther Jazz Band is extremely unique, consisting of Lead Guitar/vocalist, Sax, Harp, Double Bass, and Drums with phenomenal jazz musicians including Julius Sanna, well-known in the regional jazz scene. With over 2,400 songs in their repertoire Esther and AnnaLisa are sure to meet your needs to create an elegant ambiance for your special event.
