We have tents in every size and type imaginable, including pole, frame, clear frame, sailcloth, band shells, and more, as well as stages, dance floors, tables, chairs, lighting, decorations, barbecues, heaters, and fans. Because equipment is reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, we encourage placing a reservation as soon as you know your date. A 25% deposit, a credit card number with a completed credit card authorization form, and a signed contract are required to ensure a rental. After the money is paid and the contract is signed, orders can still be altered. As a small business, we are able to provide tailored service to match your specific requirements.
