FAQ What is the average per person cost of your weddings? While this ranges extensively, the average range is $150-$200 per person Do you offer full service staffing? Yes! With a well trained in house team of hospitality professionals, we pride ourselves on offering excellent hospitality that are focused on providing your guests a world class dining and event experience. Do you offer Asado/Open Fire Cooking? This is our jam! We have some incredible custom grills designed by our culinary director for the perfect wood fired cooking tools. Travel? We are elated to travel to your Colorado, Utah, or Montana destination to help you create a memorable event with story telling through food. Our standard traveling scope is within 90 minutes of Aspen or Carbondale, Colorado. Events in further areas are considered on a case by case basis and hold a minimum F&B spend of $15,000.
