About The Italian Planners
We help individuals and brands to define and deliver how special they are through luxury events, milestone celebrations, destination weddings, and meaningful customer experiences. From our Milan office we support our local and international clientele planning and creating distinctive event experiences in Italy, special to them and different from anyone else. Our work includes concept development, design and management of high-end events, with a strong connection to the Italian legacy and savoir faire. Chief Experience Officer and founder, Claudia Fanini, who has an international background in luxury services for HNWIs, is convinced that Italy has a lot to offer to the most demanding clientele. So she involved some of the best professionals in the event, hospitality, and marketing industry and The Italian Planners was born. What makes us special?
