Whether you have a clear vision or are unsure of the direction, our creative staff will work with you to curate an event that is as unique as you are! We will coordinate with other vendors and delegate tasks leaving you to fully enjoy your celebration with your guests. As a scratch kitchen we pride ourselves on using only the freshest ingredients and hand making each and every sumptuous bite that your guest will dine on. - Do you specialize in certain types of cuisine?
- At The Kookery we combine the years of experience and travel of all of our chefs and associates to create unique and mouthwatering dishes. We primarily focus on modern fusion dishes while respecting traditions from around the world. We are always up for the challenge of a new region!
- Do you offer catering options to accommodate special dietary needs?
- Yes! We are always happy to accommodate most dietary needs. We operate a nut free kitchen but nuts can be utilized on site. Gluten Free, Dairy, Free and plant based options are always available and we will do everything we can to avoid any cross contamination.
- What menu customization options do you offer?
- We love to curate individual menus for brand activations and other themed events! Creativity is the life force of what we do and we love a challenge. There are development fees associated with off-menu events.
- Do you offer bar or liquor packages?
- We do offer bar services and cocktail creation however we do not sell alcohol to clients. Alcohol can be purchased by clients based off our recommendations.
- What makes your catering style unique?
- As a craft catering company we have more flexibility to work with our clients individual vision. We do not carry a standing inventory so every ingredient is bought and prepared fresh for your event!
