The Outside Scoop offers small-batch, from-scratch ice cream with flexible service options for any event. We serve from fully self-contained ice cream trucks and also offer indoor setups with pre-scooped ice cream and packaged treats. - Do you offer catering options to accommodate special dietary needs?
- Yes! We offer catering options to accommodate special dietary needs. Our menu includes gluten-free and dairy-free ice cream flavors, and we’re happy to work with you to ensure all guests can enjoy a sweet treat at your event.
- What are the pricing options for your packages?
- We require a $480 minimum, which covers 60 classic scoops, plus a flat $250 booking fee. You can choose from three scoop sizes, ice cream sandwiches, or cookie dough bites. Our menu pricing ranges from $5–$13 per item, depending on the selection.
- Will you bring your own catering equipment to my venue?
- Yes! We bring all of our own catering equipment. Our ice cream trucks are fully self-contained, and for indoor setups, we deliver our branded coolers stocked with pre-scooped ice cream, ice cream sandwiches, and cookie dough—so you don’t need to provide anything.
- How many staff members will be present on the day of my event?
- The number of staff we provide depends on the size and type of your event. Typically, one to two team members are present per truck or indoor setup to serve guests efficiently and ensure everything runs smoothly. For larger events, we can provide additional staff as needed.
