- What event planning services do you offer?
- I specialize in intimate gatherings: dinner parties, bachelorette weekends, showers, birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, luxury picnics, photo shoots, holiday décor, and storefront styling. No event is too small to celebrate beautifully!
- What event planning packages do you offer?
- I offer three packages: Essentials ($125+) for design guidance, Signature ($750+) for full-service events up to 30 guests, and Bespoke ($1,850+) for luxury celebrations. All pricing is customized based on your needs and guest count.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Yes! I handle as much vendor coordination as you'd like—whether that's sourcing new vendors or managing communication with your existing team. My goal is to lift the planning burden so you can enjoy the process.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- Either works! You can pay vendors directly, or I can coordinate payments on your behalf. If I handle payments, reimbursements are added to your invoice. We'll discuss what feels best during our consultation.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- I'm always there personally, plus any additional crew needed for your event size. When you book The Shared Table, you work directly with me—the founder—from start to finish.
