After honing his skills at some of the finest restaurants in New York, Boston, and Chicago, Jay Curcio fulfilled his dream of opening his own business. In 2004, he founded The White Apron, initially catering corporate lunches, and quickly built a reputation as a top-tier catering service in the Seacoast area. In 2012, his wife Liz joined the team, bringing her expertise in culinary arts, sales, and fine dining service to help grow the business.
