Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design

Thierry Isambert, a celebrated chef, continues to draw inspiration from his European roots and extensive world travels. He is at the forefront of Miami's dynamic changes, catering to world-class dinners and events, including Formula 1 and the G-8 Summit, and collaborating with discerning couture designers from Paris, Italy, Sweden, and New York. Thierry's commissary, a testament to his culinary prowess, has attracted Michelin Chefs from around the world, who eagerly seek to experience and align themselves with Thierry and his remarkable commissary and talented culinary team. Thierry hails from the Champagne region of France. He studied at L’ÉcoleHôtelière Poligny, then obtained a master's degree in finance from L’ÉcoleHôtelière de Paris before starting as a turn-key operator for restaurateur investors in the mid-1980s. This venture led him to Miami, where he utilized his expertise and skills to create new and exciting opportunities. Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design has now hailed into its 30th year and continues to expand its diverse, multicultural audiences, including his newest expansion to the growing Asian market and clientele. The New World Center, home of the New World Symphony, now celebrates over twelve years of an exclusive partnership with Thierry Isambert Culinary and Event Design. Together, they have orchestrated the most lavish galas, a testament to Thierry's unwavering commitment to excellence. Thierry believes in giving back to his community and donates yearly to many organizations such as schools, hospitals, and foundations such as Best Buddies, Miami Project to Cure Paralysis, No Kid Hungry, Make a Wish Foundation, and The Little4Dreams Foundation. The Ordre du Mérite Agricole from the Consulate General of France has awarded Theirry Isambert twice for his outstanding contributions and exceptional services in Public Duties. Thierry continues to be a stellar leader in his community, serving all of South Florida and beyond.
