- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- Yes! To Be Eventful offers Day-of Coordination (Silver) and Day-of + Rehearsal (Silver+). We step in about 6–8 weeks before your event to finalize details, build a clean timeline, confirm vendors, and then run the day from start to finish so you can be fully present.
- What event planning services do you offer?
- We offer Full Coordination, Day-of Coordination, Private Dinners (chef-curated), and an Event Planner on Retainer option for ongoing support. We also provide beautifully crafted charcuterie/catering accents for select events.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Absolutely. Vendor communication and coordination are core to both Full Coordination and Day-of services (final confirmations, run-throughs, delivery windows, cues).
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- Clients typically pay vendors directly. We’ll build your payment timeline, send reminders, and confirm receipts. Upon request, we can coordinate payment schedules with vendors; we do not hold or process client funds.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- It depends on scope and guest count. Typically: Up to ~150 guests: 1 lead coordinator ~150–250 guests or décor-heavy setups: Lead + 1 assistant 250+ or complex multi-space events: Lead + 2 assistants We’ll confirm staffing in your proposal.
