Tone Events is an event production and design company based in New York City & Rhode Island providing services throughout the tri-state area and beyond. We specialize in full-service event planning, while also offering customized packages to fit your individual needs. Our company’s approach to wedding and event planning is detailed, intentional, and honest. Our full-service event planning package encompasses every detail, from curating vendor teams to in-depth design consulting. We work side-by-side with our clients throughout the entirety of the planning process to cohesively unite all aspects of the day. If full-service planning is not the right fit for your event, we offer a la carte services to help you in your planning process. These services give you the freedom to create a package tailored to you. Partial planning services include venue procurement, budget management, vendor selection, design consultations, and much more.

What event planning services do you offer?
While we specialize in full-service event planning, we also offer custom packages to fit our client's needs, including hotel block procurement, transportation management, month of coordination, and much more! Please see our list of services under Pricing.
Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
Yes! This package begins three weeks out and includes up to 12 hours of contracted time on the Wedding Day. Up to 2 Day-of Assistant Coordinators will accompany the Lead Coordinator based on your venue, guest count, and timeline logistics.
Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
We will contact each vendor to confirm their availability and custom pricing prior to presenting each to the client. We will meticulously review the contracts for the selected vendors, and our company will remain the liaison between the client and the vendors throughout the planning process.
Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
We provide budget management and payment tracking services. However, you will be in charge of paying vendors directly. We do not take a cut of any vendor payments to ensure our clients get the best deal possible!
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
There will be one Lead Planner and up to 4 additional assistants based on your venue, guest count, and timeline logistics. You will have a Bridal Assistant that arrives 15 minutes before your beauty team is onsite.
