UNIQUE Weddings + Events is a boutique planning firm that creates events that capture the imagination of clients and their guests. We focus on innovative concepts, going against the grain and creating trend-setting details. Whether it's a comedic officiant, an inverted centerpiece or a haunted restroom…done, done and done…we love to create events that “wow” your guests and will have them talking about the event for months, and even years later! With almost sixteen years in the event industry, and a lifetime as a designer, we have seen it all…and then some! The variety of the day-to-day, keeps our feet firmly planted in this industry. If we had to create the same color scheme at the same venue with the same style – day after day, we would hightail it out…but by working with each client to create a truly UNIQUE event and encouraging them to embrace their own personal UNIQUEness (wait, is that a word?) has become a true mission for us. - What event planning services do you offer?
- We offer everything from event management / day of coordination, design, partial planning and full planning.
- Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
- Yes, we call it event management, because no one can show up the day of your wedding and truly know what's going on, with adequate preparation.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Of course! Our partial planning package will arrange some of your meetings, while our full planning package allows us to manage all vendor meetings.
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- You will sign contracts with and submit payments directly to all vendors with the exception of design vendors - floral, lighting, rentals, linens, etc, as manage these if we are contracted for design, partial or full planning.
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- There will be no less than the main planner and an experienced assistant will be on-site on wedding.
