Their stellar team plans, designs, and creates floral for each and every one of their soireés, ensuring that the stories of their clients are told well. What venues have you worked at before?
We have worked across the country and in foreign locations to produce spectacular events. From Seattle to Napa Valley, San Diego, Hawaii, Mexico, the East Coast, and abroad, our team is knowledgeable in working with venues of all types.
How many years have you been in business?
2021 marks our 18th year of business! We love working in the industry of happiness and it brings us great job to be creative and to create special events that are hallmarks for our clients
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
Depending on the location, logistics required, and specifics of an event, there will be 9 Team Valley & Co. members ranging from our planning team to designer, our engineer, and logistical crew all ready to have fun and to create magical events!
Do you offer day-of wedding coordination?
Our company offers white-gloved comprehensive planning, design, and logistics planning for our clients. While we do not offer "day-of coordination," we love working on more intimate projects and consulting as well!
What makes your planning style unique?
Valley & Company Events was founded by husband and wife Aleah and Nick Valley in 2003 and they both lend unique skills and personalities to our events. We offer not only wedding and event planning and design, but complete logistics management as well as brand consulting, editorial styling, and more!

I love a good glass of champagne, family time, and gardening. an am inspired by the sea, European gardens, architecture, and cool people. My grandmother owned a flower shop growing up and she and my mom have inspired my creativity and passion for flowers. My favorite moment at our events: seeing the culmination of a dream come to life. There’s always a perfect moment when everyone is dancing, visiting, and enjoying the celebration. It’s remarkably rewarding!
