Baking has always been a passion of mine since I was a child. My grandmother was an ardent baker who instilled in her grandson a love of baking. In my family, every holiday was like an episode of The Next Great Baker. Growing up as an Italian, food was always at the center of our culture. Food has always been a source of comfort for me, and I determined at a young age that I wanted to share that comfort with others. I'd always wanted to work in the food sector in some capacity. Vincenzo Salvatore Cakes, named after me, is a reflection of who I am as a creative person. Do you want your lace and bouquet colors to match? That's something we do. Do you want an old-fashioned cake? This is something we do as well. My brand is all about sticking out, which is why my motto is bold, adventurous, and innovative. Each term accurately describes our work. A wedding cake is a must-have item that is completely personal to you and your partner. It represents the beginning of your wonderful life together. As I previously stated, I have always hoped that my art may provide consolation to others. Vincenzo Salvatore Cakes were created just for this purpose. We alter our menu with each season because we always use the freshest ingredients to provide you with the comfort that the seasons have to offer. When you bite into that warm apple sponge with an all spice filling, you should feel as though you're sitting at your Grandmother's kitchen table, watching the leaves change color outside. As a company, I will constantly make sure that we strive to be better than the competition and that we keep up with the latest trends. Is it, however, ever out of vogue to be authentic to yourself as an artist?
