VIVIAN PANG is a boutique custom-service wedding & events design company servicing New York City and its surrounding areas. We provide unsurpassed creative floral designs that combines the aesthetic influences of Visual Art elements, nature's grooves, and always, your story. The unique personal touches that are crafted into every design, the catered à la carte floral services we offer at friendly rates, and our pride in being an LGBTQ+ and an All-Inclusive welcoming vendor, are what draws our clients. We're deeply passionate in creating whole-hearted floral experiences that convey what words alone cannot. Every special occasion is unique to one another and we make sure that your event will have that special VP touch by listening to your vision and providing you with our professional advice and creative input. Currently, we only book one event at a time to best assure each occasion takes top priority and has our full attention. When you book with Vivian, you get Vivian herself, she will consult, plan, execute and design so that your vision will not get watered down and lost in translation. - Do you offer different packages?
- We believe in creating truly bespoke floral creations that are tailor-made to our clients' vision, budget, and floral requirements so therefore we don't offer cookie-cutter packages with minimums required. We believe every occasion is worth beautifying and conveying what words cannot. Reach out!
- How far in advance should we order our wedding flowers?
- It’s never too early to get in touch, but we recommend having a few details figured out before you do. Have you selected a venue? Chosen wedding theme/color scheme? How many # of expected guests? Generally, couples reach out around 5-10 months prior event depending on the complexity of requirements.
- Can you provide any decor other than fresh flowers?
- Yes! We offer vase/candle holder rentals and simple ceremony aisle runners. We also provide our unique handmade botanical keepsakes that can be used as guests party favors, customized as name place cards and or table signage décor. Feel free to visit: www.vivianpang.com/pages/flower-preservation
