- Somebody asked me to plan an event and I don’t know where to start. I’m just an executive assistant! What do I do?
- Let us handle it! We’ll discuss your company’s goals for the event and take care of the rest – from sourcing vendors, planning details, and day-of production. You just need to show up and see your hard work come to fruition!
- Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
- We handle all payments between venues & vendors so that you don't have to. You will receive one clean invoice from WCE with all the itemized parts of your event from F&B & venue fees, to entertainment & enhancements. Then you only have to pay us as the vendor & we remit payment to everyone else.
- I’m a planner myself and don’t really need full-service. Can we make this work?
- Absolutely. We work with plenty of in-house planners (and have been in your shoes ourselves!), and we like to think of ourselves as an extension of you. We’ve got your back.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- Yes! We facilitate all venue & vendor communication and manage them throughout both the planning process and on-site during the event. We will schedule any necessary walkthroughs, create load-in schedules, collect COIs and send Run of Shows to communicate event details to all vendors involved.
- What event planning services do you offer?
- We are full service from A to Z. If you come to us with your basic event details & budget we'll take it from there to source & secure venues, book entertainment, rentals, room blocks, transportation, etc., and execute the event on the day/night of. We also have dozens of Virtual Event experiences.
