- What is the pricing for your different packages?
- Every event is unique, and so is our pricing. We customize each quote based on your event’s vision, guest count, and customization needs to make sure you get the perfect experience within your budget.
- Will you work with my venue to make setup arrangements?
- Yes, absolutely! We can work indoors, outdoors, and within any parameters your venue requires. Our team will coordinate directly with your venue or event planner to ensure a smooth setup and give your guests the best experience possible.
- What is your refund or cancellation policy?
- We understand plans can change. If you need to cancel, deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward a future event within 12 months. For cancellations within 14 days of the event, the full balance may be due to cover staffing and preparation costs.
- What types of events do you do?
- Corporate activations, festivals, private parties, fundraisers, brand launches...you name it. If people are gathering, we can bring the experience to them.
