Founded in 1985

Windows provides full-service catering, party planning and event management services for corporate entertaining, galas and fund-raisers, social events, weddings, receptions, and business breakfast/luncheons. We offer three separate divisions to satisfy our customers’ needs – Corporate Express, Full-Service Events and Weddings by Windows. An experienced event planner custom designs each menu and coordinates both the decor and food presentation for your event. All of our food is prepared from the freshest ingredients delivered from specialty food growers and purveyors around the country. Whether the event is a formal French-service dinner, an authentic Texas-style barbecue, a client luncheon for ten, or a glorious gala of more than 1,000 guests, Windows has the imagination and expertise to make the event sensational.

Do you specialize in certain types of cuisine?: Windows Catering customizes all our menus based on feedback received from our clients with any dietary restrictions, preferences, family traditions or experience with cuisines that have had an impact on their lives. The options are limitless - savory or sweet!
Do you offer catering options to accommodate special dietary needs?: Yes, we can meet most dietary restrictions whether it's allergy-based, religious, lifestyle-based or just a simple preference to eat a certain way. We can also provide kosher, kosher-style or halal menus as well.
Do you offer bar or liquor packages?: Similar to our menus, we customize all our bar / alcohol packages based on your preferences and budget. All alcohol is billed on a consumption basis and un-iced or un-opened bottles are returned for credit. We can accommodate any request including ice bars, tasting stations and other experiences.
What other services do you provide?: As a full-service caterer, Windows provides all the equipment, linens, staffing and soft beverages. We can also help arrange for other services like photography/videography, floral, valet parking, entertainment and other even-related services through one of our partners.
What venues have you worked at before?: Over the past 40 years as an off-premise caterer in the metropolitan DC area, we've worked in just about every venue or type of location imaginable. From historic homes, galleries and museums to backyards, embassies and vineyards, we can turn any venue into your dream location with a shared vision.
