Ryan has worked in the hospitality industry in Massachusetts and New Hampshire, primarily in restaurants and catering companies. Woodland Catering is his vision, and he plans to revolutionize the catering industry by putting a localized emphasis on farm-to-table cuisine. These regional and time-honored flavors are transformed into something fresh and fascinating because to the inventive approach that he takes to the kitchen. Ryan is ready to talk to and support all of the clients in the process of designing the ideal event for them. Since Ryan joined the squad, James has served as his right hand man and a member of the group. Both the conception of meals and the carrying out of events are collaborative efforts between Ryan and James. James is integrally involved in all parts of Woodland Catering's business, from the kitchen at Woodland's home base to the onsite at event sites. James is important to driving the vision and mission of the company forward, and Woodland Catering would not be where it is today without him.
