We can’t wait to create a day that is uniquely the two of you! SERVICES - Full Planning + Design Wedding planning can feel like a full-time job but why should it? With a Full Wedding Planning + Design Package, we are ready to be your "expert partner in crime" in guiding and advising you through every step of your wedding planning journey and help you create your dream wedding. This package is a full service package that is equal parts logistics as it is design. From budget management, venue scouting, or sourcing the perfect napkin, we are working together to make your wedding day vision a reality! This package includes five in-person meetings, rehearsal, wedding day coverage, and a day of assistant. - Intimate Celebrations You want a wedding but you may not need 200+ people to be there. From a stylish dinner party to a beautifully lit ballroom, even to a backyard soiree, this full service package boasts all the benefits of planning logistics and design, but for a more intimate celebration of 50 guests or fewer. Whether you have details or a vision in place or have no idea on where to start, we’ll work together to bring the closest of your friends and family together to celebrate the two of you! This package includes four in-person meetings, rehearsal (if needed), and wedding day coverage. - Petite Planning This package starts two months in advance of the wedding day and is ideal for couples who are excited to get involved with their wedding planning but are still looking for expert guidance to keep things running smoothly and handle the execution of the event day. We will help you navigate the planning process in your final months, create your wedding-day timeline, and ultimately tie up all of your hard work with a beautiful (detail oriented) bow! This package includes 2 in-person meetings, rehearsal and wedding day coverage. Xo Kate Events works with a limited number of Petite Planning clients each year. Petite Planning is not available during peak wedding months (May - October) and does not include wedding design services. Bespoke Elopements Elopements are not “one size fits all.” Perhaps you want to say “I Do” on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean? Or maybe you’d like a three course meal at your favorite restaurant after your courthouse nuptials? Either way, let’s get you married the way you want to be! Inclusive options are available to make this package as seamless as possible. Bespoke Elopement Packages are only available on weekdays. - Styled Shoots + Lifestyle Photos Give us an idea and I already have a Pinterest board up and pinning!
