We're planners, designers, and boss babes all rolled into one. To make wedding couples feel at ease with their planning process, the Xoxo Wedding Team blends their organizing talents with lively personalities. Whether it's a day-of client or a full planning and design package, Xoxo Weddings make each and every one of our clients feel like they're at the top of our priority list. The quantity of communication we have with our clients is something we are proud of. No matter whatever package you choose, our clients can contact us at any moment during the planning process with any questions or concerns! Kaci Johnson started the company in 2013 in Los Angeles, California. Throughout the years, Xoxo Weddings has evolved. Now Xoxo Weddings service 4 different states...California, Illinois, Nevada, and Ohio. In those four states, there are 15 lead coordinators ready and willing to help plan and coordinate your BIG day!

- How many years have you been in business?
- Xoxo Weddings was founded in September of 2013, so we are going on 10 years in business. Before starting Xoxo Weddings, Kaci and Tanya had 7 years of combined experience in the industry. This is not our first rodeo:)
- What event planning packages do you offer?
- Xoxo Weddings offers day of coordination all the way to full planning. Our three main packages are the "Hugs Package" (day of), the "Kiss Package" (partial planning), and the "Hugs and Kisses Package" (full planning). However, we are willing and able to customize a package to fit your needs.
- Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
- This depends on which package you book with us. Our Hugs Package (day of) does not include this service, but the other two packages do. We are more than willing to talk through each package during our initial meeting with you:)
- How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
- When you book the "Hugs" or "Kiss" Package, you have your lead coordinator and one assistant on your wedding day included in your package price. The "Hugs and Kisses" package includes the lead coordinator and two assistances in your package price. You are able to add assistants for a fee.
