Will you arrange and manage meetings with my other vendors?
Yes, absolutely! Arranging and managing meetings with your other vendors is an essential part of our service. We’ll coordinate schedules, facilitate communication, and ensure that every detail aligns seamlessly with your vision. Our goal is to make the planning process stress-free, so you can enjoy
Do I pay vendors directly, or will you handle payment coordination?
It's entirely up to you! Some of our clients prefer to pay vendors directly, while others choose the convenience of handling all payments through us for a streamlined, hassle-free process. We're happy to accommodate whichever option works best for you
How many people from your team will be on-site during my event?
The number of team members on-site will depend on the size and complexity of your event. At a minimum, you will have your main wedding planner and at least one coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly. For larger or more detailed weddings, we will have additional coordinators and hostesses.
