Blue Hill Farm is a full-service Loudoun County Bed & Breakfast and wedding venue located just outside of Waterford, a national historic hamlet. We are high on a hill with a 360-degree view of rolling hills and pastoral landscapes with the Blue Ridge Mountains in the background. Our custom farmhouse was designed and built to complement the stunning vistas while also appearing to have been here for a century. We're located 50 miles west of Washington, DC, in the center of Virginia's Wine Country, with 55 wineries and 35 breweries within a 25-mile radius. We're just about 20 miles from Dulles Airport, but it feels like a world apart from the hustle and bustle of Washington, D.C., and suburban Northern Virginia. All weddings come with access to numerous settings on our twelve-acre property, which boasts multi-million dollar views in every direction. We have a contemporary farmhouse, a lovely carriage house with a wide flagstone patio, a pool area for dancing and drinking beneath the stars, a popular fire pit plateau, and a fantastic rustic barn. A gourmet kitchen, screened and open porches, one king and three queen guest rooms with elegant en-suite baths, and laundry facilities are all available.
