Historic Waterford is a National Historic Landmark village located minutes from Leesburg, Virginia, its preserved 18th-century structures set among acres of scenic farmland. The village, founded by Quakers, offers a timeless backdrop for weddings, receptions, family reunions, and corporate gatherings. The venue's primary event space is the Historic Waterford Old School, built in 1910 and described as the largest and best-equipped historic building in the village. The Old School's auditorium accommodates up to 125 guests banquet-style and is complemented by a full modern catering kitchen, an atrium, and a stone terrace overlooking the surrounding meadow. The all-inclusive rental fee covers eight hours of venue use, on-site parking, ADA accessibility, the catering kitchen, 200 chairs, 6-foot rectangular and 5-foot round tables, WiFi, a podium in the auditorium, central heating and air conditioning, and access to the historic village grounds.

We're located 50 miles west of Washington, DC, in the center of Virginia's Wine Country, with 55 wineries and 35 breweries within a 25-mile radius. We're just about 20 miles from Dulles Airport, but it feels like a world apart from the hustle and bustle of Washington, D.C., and suburban Northern Virginia. All weddings come with access to numerous settings on our twelve-acre property, which boasts multi-million dollar views in every direction. We have a contemporary farmhouse, a lovely carriage house with a wide flagstone patio, a pool area for dancing and drinking beneath the stars, a popular fire pit plateau, and a fantastic rustic barn. A gourmet kitchen, screened and open porches, one king and three queen guest rooms with elegant en-suite baths, and laundry facilities are all available. a brief overview of our organization When we were planning to attend our daughter's wedding, we had no idea how amazing the day would turn out to be. The happiness we felt as we saw her go down the aisle on our family farm planted the seed for what is today known as The Oak Barn at Loyalty. On 21 acres of rolling hills, wide meadows, and expansive wooded areas, we are happy to present our two-story farm venue. Our barn, which was built by Amish craftsmen, includes indoor and outdoor rooms to suit events in any season. You can dance under the stars in our courtyard or sit on our balcony and take in the breathtaking vistas of the Shenandoah Mountains. We believe that our space is one-of-a-kind. In this place, time seems to have slowed down to allow you to take in the beauty and pleasure of the present. Winding Creek Farm is located just a short drive outside of historic Waterford in the town of Lovettsville, Virginia, right in the heart of Virginia Wine Country. It is a beautiful farm with a relaxing, rustic setting that is ideal for your wedding reception or other special event. It is the 5,000 square foot, 118-year-old bank barn with two beautiful levels that is the main feature of the 20-acre property. The barn has been completely renovated and restored, allowing the natural beauty of years past to shine through. The property has the capability of hosting both the ceremony and the reception, with seating for 150 guests on the main level of the barn and 90 guests on the lower level of the barn, respectively. A two-bedroom farmhouse built in the 1900s has been completely renovated while maintaining the warm country feel of a home away from home. THE OUTDOOR GARDEN In our beautiful, rustic barn, you can host a party for your friends and family. The lower level of the barn is ideal for cocktail hour, while the upper level is filled with rustic charm and is the perfect setting for the reception. THE STRUCTURE OF THE FARMHOUSE Our farmhouse, built in the early 1900s in the country style, is the ideal bridal suite!
