Dell-Lea Weddings & Events

Dell-Lea Weddings & Events is a historic barn wedding venue on 236 acres in Chichester, New Hampshire. The property centers on a 230-year-old post-and-beam barn, renovated to include modern conveniences—climate control, full accessibility, and updated restrooms—while preserving its original craftsmanship and character. The grounds feature a custom gazebo, cascading open fields, stone walls, apple trees, a rustic waterfall, and forest-lined hillsides that frame mountain and sky views. Ceremonies take place outdoors at the gazebo; receptions move inside to the barn's soaring 20-foot ceilings, working dance floor, and a bar crafted from the property's original timbers. Owned by David and Toutou Marsden, Dell-Lea hosts one event per day, keeping the focus entirely on each couple. In-house catering draws on New England comfort cooking and Asian-influenced dishes, all prepared fresh on-site. Every package includes a day-of coordinator, ceremony rehearsal assistance, professional bar and waitstaff, and full cleanup.
