Elevated counter service and a playful, backyard experience are anchored by a wood-fired oven and New Mexican chile roaster. With a menu of traditional dishes inspired by the Southwest and healthy, nutrient dense options, their new, downtown Calistoga restaurant strikes a balance between comfort foods and health foods.
