Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort occupies 24 acres along Santa Barbara's Pacific shoreline at 633 East Cabrillo Boulevard, with the Santa Ynez Mountains rising behind the property and open ocean views stretching to the horizon. Originally opened in 1986 by actor Fess Parker and renovated and rebranded in 2018, the resort is the region's largest dedicated event property, offering more than 60,000 square feet of flexible indoor and outdoor space across 14 meeting rooms and numerous outdoor areas.
The resort's signature venue, the 20,000-square-foot open-air Plaza del Sol, delivers 180-degree ocean views and connects to a covered rotunda for ceremonies and receptions of up to 800 guests. The Grand Ballroom accommodates up to 700 for receptions, while the Santa Barbara Ballroom, Rose Garden, Reagan Room & Terrace, and Fiesta Room & Terrace serve more intimate gatherings. The resort is the only hotel in the region that hosts private events directly on the beach.
On-site catering, audio-visual support, wooden dance floors, tables, chairs, linens, and a dedicated event manager are included with bookings. Complimentary self-parking is available, and the resort offers a complimentary shuttle to Santa Barbara Airport and Amtrak Station.
