SOPHISTICATED VENUES Host a gala in our Cobalt Ballroom, which is a favorite because of its panoramic views of the Inner Harbor and historic Domino Sugar sign. Other event spaces include the elegant Grand Ballroom and more intimate spaces for family dinners or small banquets. CUSTOMIZED CATERING Our culinary team will work with you to create a sumptuous dining experience for your guests. Whether you’re hosting a reception and want passed appetizers, or you’re putting on a formal event with a plated dinner, we can craft the perfect menu. AL FRESCO EVENTS Take your event outside so your guests can fully enjoy our beautiful waterfront location. The fourth-floor Splash Terrace can accommodate up to 150 guests, while the fifth-floor Harbor Terrace can host up to 100. - How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Our venue rental is dependent on the spaces you would like to rent. Splash Terrace: $1,500, Cobalt Ballroom: $3,000, Grand Ballroom: $5,000,
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Included in the venue rental fee are floor length ivory linens, Lucite Chiavari chairs with ivory cushions, white charger plates, white dinner napkins, house votive candles, glassware, flatware, stemware, dance floor, Lucite table numbers, set up & breakdown of the spaces.
- What is the venue capacity?
- Splash Terrace: 200 guests for ceremony or cocktail hour Cobalt Ballroom: 300 guests for ceremony or 175 guests for reception (with dance floor) Cobalt 1 or Cobalt 2: 150 guests for ceremony or 60 guests for reception (with dance floor) Grand Ballroom: 325 guests for a reception (with a dance floor)
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- Candles on tables must be enclosed. Candles on the floor must be battery operated. No taping/tacking/hanging décor on walls. Glitter is not permitted. Sparkler Exit is not permitted. Loose floral petals must be real if using as décor. Cold Sparklers and Cloud Smoke are allowed with written approval.
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- Catering for all events is provided by the Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore. Outside catering is not permitted.
