Jaxon Keys Winery & Distillery is a 1,250-acre estate winery and distillery set along the South Highway 101 corridor in Hopland, in Mendocino County, California. The property takes its name from the grandfathers of founder Ken Wilson — Jack Wilson and Cecil Keys — and reflects the personal character that shapes everything from the wines to the on-site experience. At the heart of the estate stands an 1880s Farmhouse Tasting Room, featuring an antique bar and a covered veranda overlooking the vineyards. The estate produces a wide range of wines, including white varietals, red blends, Grenache, Syrah, Petite Sirah, Zinfandel, and Primitivo, alongside Alambic brandies crafted in a copper pot still built from a 15th-century design. In addition to wine and spirits tasting, Jaxon Keys offers distillery tours and on-site Artisan Lodging, making it a natural setting for gatherings that combine a winery visit with an overnight stay in wine country.
