Lookout Mountain Club

Situated atop Lookout Mountain in Georgia, the Lookout Mountain Club is a private country club formed from the merger of two historic establishments: the Lookout Mountain Golf Club, whose Seth Raynor-designed championship course dates to 1925, and the Lookout Mountain Fairyland Club, founded in 1926 as an inn and now a registered historic landmark with distinctive Tudor-style architecture. The club operates two mountaintop properties — the Fairyland Clubhouse and the Golf Clubhouse — offering a range of event venues suited to gatherings of all sizes, from intimate dinners to grand receptions accommodating up to 500 guests. The Fairyland Clubhouse serves as the primary events destination, anchored by a Grand Ballroom with oak hardwood floors and a working fireplace that accommodates up to 300 seated or 500 for a cocktail reception. The adjacent Ballroom Terrace offers city views and a full bar for smaller gatherings, while the Golf Clubhouse contributes additional dining and event spaces with panoramic golf course and mountain vistas. The club pairs its venues with in-house event planning and catering specialists, handling coordination across wedding receptions, galas, corporate events, and family celebrations.
