Amy personally selected stones from the slopes of Mt. Woodson, and the home was built using eucalyptus, oak, and redwood harvested directly from the property. No chalk lines were ever used in construction — resulting in no perfect corners and intentionally uneven floors and rooflines that give the castle an irreplaceable sense of character. Four-foot-thick walls, a Great Hall with a soaring 16-foot ceiling, four fireplaces, and an eclectic architectural identity define this one-of-a-kind property. Mt.
