Rand-Bryan House

The Rand-Bryan House is a restored 19th-century farmhouse and event venue set on 135 acres of rolling hills, pastures, and evergreens in Garner, North Carolina, approximately twenty minutes south of downtown Raleigh. The land has been in the same family for seven generations and once operated as a dairy farm before being opened as a wedding and event venue in 2009. The grounds offer multiple distinct outdoor ceremony settings — an intimate garden, a spacious side yard, and a tree-enclosed meadow — giving events a sense of natural seclusion. The house and its wraparound porch extend the space both indoors and into the open air. The Rand-Bryan House hosts weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthday and anniversary celebrations, and corporate gatherings, offering a historic and pastoral setting accessible from Raleigh while remaining removed from the city.
