Saddle Creek Golf Resort

The Golf Club at Copper Valley is a full-service golf resort and event venue nestled in California's Gold Country, approximately two hours east of San Francisco and two hours south of Sacramento. The clubhouse sits above a championship 18-hole golf course with views of the surrounding lake and Sierra Nevada foothills, providing a scenic backdrop for weddings, corporate retreats, and private celebrations. The resort offers three distinct event spaces accommodating gatherings from 30 to 250 guests. The Grandview Room seats up to 165 guests and features vaulted ceilings, hanging chandeliers, and large windows; it connects to an outdoor side patio to expand cocktail-style capacity to 250. The Lakeview Room is a more intimate setting, seating up to 30 guests for private dining. A third venue at the adjacent Town Square — the Gazebo, Governor's Mansion, and poolside area — provides both indoor capacity for 100 and outdoor patio capacity for 200. Catering is provided in-house through the resort's restaurant, Verona18, with custom menus crafted by the executive chef. A dedicated event coordinator supports each booking from planning through day-of execution. On-site bungalow accommodations are available for guests staying overnight.
