Sam’s Chowder House overlooks the Pacific Ocean and Pillar Point Harbor in scenic Half Moon Bay. Sam’s is a proud member of the Surfrider Foundation, dedicated to the protection and preservation of the world’s oceans and beaches. We prepare clam chowders, fresh seafood, local-sustainable produce & meats, and delicious house-made desserts. Our guests receive friendly service while enjoying breathtaking coastal views. Sam’s provides direct access to the beach and is walking distance to hotels. Indoor or outdoor event spaces are available along with full restaurant buyouts.
