Shoreline Alternative Area

Shoreline Alternative Area occupies the eastern end of Shoreline Park near La Marina Drive in Santa Barbara, California, with sweeping views of the Santa Barbara Harbor, the Pacific Ocean, and the Santa Ynez Mountains. The site sits atop the bluffs within a 14.67-acre coastal park established in 1968, and is managed by the City of Santa Barbara Parks and Recreation Department. The grassy, open-air setting accommodates up to 125 guests, making it well suited for outdoor wedding ceremonies, small receptions, and special events. Walking paths, nearby restrooms, and stairway access to the beach below complement the grounds, and the park's position along the California Coastal Trail connects it to six miles of paved pathways along the Santa Barbara waterfront.
