Taylor Ranch

Taylor Ranch is a fifth-generation, privately owned 500-acre working Quarter Horse and Texas Longhorn cattle ranch in Cane Creek Valley, fifteen minutes from Asheville, North Carolina. The property's seven-acre stocked lake, gently rolling hills, and mountain views set the stage for weddings, rehearsal dinners, family reunions, milestone celebrations, and corporate gatherings. Two lakeside post-and-beam structures anchor the event experience. The Lakehouse spans 6,000 square feet with a full Red Oak bar, central stage, and dance floor. The Waterin' Hole is an open-air covered pavilion set beneath hardwood tree canopies, accommodating up to 130 guests with its own bar, dance floor, and food service areas. Ceremony space at the lakeside deck allows guests to exchange vows at the water's edge. Beyond the main structures, the grounds offer lawn games, a campfire ring with log bench seating, and sport fishing — giving guests reason to linger across the property.
