Welcome to The Alcove at Hudson Commons, a one-of-a-kind event and experience amenity space. Located in the Hudson Yards neighborhood, the newest epicenter of business and culture in Manhattan, our place is ideally situated to meet the evolving and varied needs of its clients. The space is built in a former warehouse that was recently transformed into a beautiful office redevelopment that combines modern touches with an industrial aesthetic. The place is the ideal venue in which to host conferences, workshops, board meetings, receptions, cocktail hours, and more, enabling you to unleash your creativity and curate exceptional experiences for colleagues or clients.

The Alcove is open Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM, excluding holidays. Access outside of these times can be arranged with additional services such as cleaning, security, and overtime HVAC. • Alcove will provide you with a standard room set (pens, highlighters, notepads, hand sanitizer), WIFI, and access to the house sound system with various microphone capabilities. • Alcove will refresh rooms each day and/or at the conclusion of a meeting. This refresh includes trash bag removal, maintenance of restrooms, and other minor maintenance. • Pricing excludes additional services (i.e., catering, above standard A/V, extensive cleaning, vacuuming, overtime work, porters, etc.). Additional services are subject to 8.875% sales tax. • Alcove will provide all heating and cooling in all rented space Monday through Friday 8AM-6PM. Additional overtime HVAC fees will apply to events scheduled before/after these hours. • Loading dock hours are 8AM-5PM. After-hours deliveries require overtime labor at the expense of the client. Additional Cleaning/Porter Service - $150/hour Security - $125/hour Overtime Loading Dock - $125/hour Overtime HVAC - $150/hour

All vendors coming onsite must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance to be approved by building management. We recommend sending the COI for approval at least 48 hours in advance in case revisions are needed.

- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- Cancellation Policy • 90 days-61 days: 25% of Room Rental Rate • 60 days-31 days: 50% of Room Rental Rate • 30 days-15 days: 75% of Room Rental Rate • 14 days- 48 hours: 100% of Room Rental, Equipment Rental, Food & Beverage Costs, and Labor Costs
- Does the venue offer on-site catering options?
- No, but you are welcome to bring your own food or caterer! Caterers must provide a valid Certificate of Insurance based on the property's sample and be approved by the property manager.
- Does the venue have a liquor license?
- No. Alcoholic beverages may be served by approved caterers only. All caterers servicing and selling alcohol must submit an approved certificate of insurance with liquor liability insurance listing all entities as additional insureds per the vendor insurance certificate requirements.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- Nails, staples, tape, screws, 3M hooks, sticky tack, duct tape, glue, stickers, decals, and other adhesives are prohibited. Confetti, glitter, rice, birdseed, sand, dirt, moss, and mulch are prohibited. Decorations left unclaimed after conclusion of event will be discarded.
- Does your venue have on-site parking available for guests?
- No, street parking only.
