- How much does it cost to rent the venue?
- Venue rental ranges from $1,000–$8,000 based on size, date & time. Catering events have a food & beverage minimum. Non-catered events are priced separately. A 26% service charge & 6% sales tax apply. Let’s get this party started!
- What is included in the venue rental cost?
- Your rental includes tables, chairs, dance floor, staging, and black, white or ivory linens. Floor-length linens are $22 each. We handle setup 2 hours before and cleanup 30 mins after—plus, your event is in a comfy, climate-controlled space!
- What is the venue refund or cancellation policy?
- A 10% non-refundable deposit is due at signing. Payments are collected in 30% increments, and each is non-refundable once paid. The full deposit schedule aligns with your contract’s cancellation policy. We’re here if you have questions!
- What is the venue capacity?
- From intimate soirées to grand galas, we’ve got you covered! With 3 ballrooms and 10 event spaces, we can host anywhere from 2 to 600 guests—whatever your vibe, we’ve got the space to match.
- Does the venue have any décor restrictions?
- No décor on walls, and candles must be in glass. All items must be taken post-event—nothing can be stored. Please leave the space as you found it! Excessive mess may result in a cleanup fee billed to the contract signer.
