About The George Washington Hotel-A Wyndham Grand Hotel

A Meeting to Keep In Mind Meet in a setting that is both modern and luxurious, combining cutting-edge technology with exquisite detailing. In our Grand Ballroom, you'll find soaring ceilings, a collection of original marble and hardwood flooring, as well as custom-designed, monogrammed carpeting. Galas, seminars, and conferences can be held in this space, which can accommodate up to 210 guests under dazzling chandeliers. If necessary, the ballroom can also be divided into smaller rooms for a more intimate setting. Make use of our boardroom, or host a business lunch outside in our Pocket Garden if the weather permits. Our team will assist you with all of your technology needs, and our energizing and nourishing catering options will keep attendees engaged, resulting in a productive and memorable event for everyone involved. Refinement in the Classical Tradition A luxurious retreat in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley The George Washington, a Wyndham Grand Hotel, combines old-world charm with modern amenities to create an unforgettable experience. Our stately Georgian Revival hotel is located on the northern edge of the Shenandoah Valley, 70 miles north of Washington, DC and just steps away from shops and restaurants. You'll find rejuvenating experiences around every corner, starting with our indoor pool, which is designed to look like a Roman bathhouse. Enjoy a delicious meal at George's Food & Spirits, unwind at The Half Note Lounge, which features live entertainment on weekends, or pamper yourself with a therapeutic treatment at Saumaj Health Spa. In our 90 guest rooms and suites, you'll find plush beds with WynRest® bedding, work desks with Herman Miller® ergonomic chairs, and other upscale amenities that will keep you comfortable for the duration of your stay.
