The Landing at Pine Point

The Landing at Pine Point is an event venue in Scarborough, Maine, set in a beachside community approximately 20 minutes south of Portland. The two-story A-frame building — originally built in 1980 and fully restored — spans 6,500 square feet of event reception space and is managed by Black Tie Catering & Events. The main hall rises to 60-foot cathedral ceilings with exposed wood beams and centers on an oakwood performance stage with state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and audiovisual systems. A grand staircase and lobby reception area welcome guests on arrival. The second floor features a mezzanine with a library, fireplace, and open balcony overlooking the main level. A bridal suite and conference room round out the interior offerings. Outdoors, a private veranda and stone patio extend the event footprint into the coastal surroundings. The venue accommodates up to 250 guests for seated dinners and up to 400 for receptions and cocktail events — suitable for weddings, galas, concerts, and corporate gatherings year-round.
